The CCI Sharps Disposal Container Series has a Safe-T-Ring feature that enables personnel to screw the cap fully onto the bottle without locking it permanently, allowing safe transport of infectious waste. When safely filled, remove yellow Safe-T-Ring from bottle and screw cap tightly onto bottle. Screw cap will now lock on bottle providing a leak tight locking container. This enables patients to keep a container at home for disposal of infectious waste (helping to eliminate spillage of fluids/sharps). Exceeds OSHA requirements.
